Seeing as how kidd2000 hasn't signed on in the last week, I will upload pictures to his map to avoid stalling this voting process any further.

First off, this map is not finished. However, it is only missing two components that can fixed quite easily. Looking at the picture from the top-down view point, take notice of the colors surrounding the Rank portal. Those are the default colors for each of our ranks in-game. I believe this was supposed to be a portal to another room in the map (no problems with that). The second to last picture is an unfinished room with 4 portals. This seems to be the exit for the Rank portal, and for each of the 4 gateways to be a portal to one of our builder maps (no problems there).

However, this room is the only thing in the map (from what I can tell) that is not finished, which is a problem. But, the only things needed to finish it are to complete the flooring (a 10 second job, depending how fast you move and type) and to label where each portal is supposed to take the player. Do all of that, and we have ourselves a fully functional main map.

Disqualifying all the work involved in making this map, for a couple things that can be fixed in less than a minute, would be a bit harsh, and therefore I will leave it in the competition. If the map makes it to the final 5, we'll fix the floor and label each portal.
