Map150

With map150 on the way, I was wondering what we should do for it. We usually try something different for every 50 maps. #50 was a large natural terrain, #100 was zoned into sections for each rank to build in.

What theme or idea could we start off with for #150?

hm I would say we could do 1 part is mountains and another part is a forest and another part is just flat land but this could be difficult but it would be a epic map to have.

Well, im really out of creativity when it comes to map themes and stuff
but here are some ideas that have occured me

http://www.nohrin.com/?p_id=22 - Flying island: a whole map floating, similar to this picture (ignore the domes), would be cool if it had a slight curvature

Pattern Basis: a map with many divisions (map100) each one containing a different shape on the ground, from wich the builder should start building, beyond the basis it would be up to the builder, would be fun to see how different drawings on the ground could inspire people into creative stuff

Boxy Earthquake: A map with many equal divisions, each one at a random height, maybe with a random color too, would be pretty cool to see the interactions between different level builds.
Work it harder, make it better, do it faster, makes us stronger.

Bliz's suggestions are cool.  Maybe we can change them around a bit though.  Let's say, multiple floating islands, each reserved for specific ranks.

Or maybe an earthquake-ish one with deep crevices and towering land masses... 


A Zombie map is also a sweet idea, giving a feeling of retail mine craft, having to build and avoid zombies!
Though not of this world, The Juwayyid finds human kind to be a tolerable enough species to hang around with.

Blitkin's sky lands idea is kinda new. We've done natural themed maps before, so something new is good.

Map150 is created and is mostly hollow. We didnt have time last night to get some islands created, so if someone wants to get some nice floating islands set up...
Blitz, can you get us started?

I'll try and see if I can get to my friend's PC, but im on my parents house now

i really cant ensure that i'll be capable of doing so, but also, i really wanted to build the basis myself

Ok. Its just that we'll need map150 today cos map149 is pretty full.

If map150 isn't ready in time for general use I guess we could just use map151 in the meantime.

Hmmm well it's 2012... 'End of the world' themed? earthquackes and flying piece's of ground (tornado's)
Tsunamie's (underwater building) It would be like a map with 3 piece's(flying, destructed and underwater)
