1) i was banned for downloading a map of pk3 (temp) while my brother was playing there building i didnt know it was a bannable offence to download a banned players map, i deleted the map and removed it from my trash bin so there is no way of me getting it back i dont plan on it, i was planning it as a suprise and i should of asked if i was allowed to first, i didnt as i was feeling sneeky, i would like to be back on the servers and play again i am banned on pk1 but not on pk3
2)i believe my ban was unfair because i didnt know it was a bannable offence i know better know and will ask before doing alot of things now as ive stated the player didnt get the map and i do not have the map anymore

You didnt know it was a bannable offence, yet you felt the need to stealthily log on under a different user account and not identify yourself. Then pretend that you were a newish player by saying stuff like "ooh, other maps" then visiting Final's map to download it on the sly.
If you felt the need to do that so covertly, you clearly know that it is not cool to take maps from one server to give to another server. I wonder how that other server would feel if we started copying their maps.... would we get banned, or would we be allowed to do it as much as we please? Its the kind of thing that is so obviously wrong that it does not need to be listed in the rules. Pleading ignorance doesn't cut it.

You're not stupid morin. So dont pretend to be. I'll email you a copy of Final's map before it got archived if you want to give it to him.
