This took me 3 days to build. I tryed to do it in the style of narrisa.

Very rarely does pixel art make it through to the adv rank. This would be the case here as well. It is in my opinion that the work you presented is not yet Advbuilder level. I hope this provides a bit of closure, though I guess not the best kind :/ . However, if any other Superop begs to differ, they can respond here.

Could you tell me how I could improve my builds & get the rank,
i.e. Build one more build or some thing like that.

I would suggest you either move away from pixel art and try your hand at other kinds of builds, or try to get your pixel art closer to Narrisa's level.

Another thing you could try is build bigger. That Sonic couldn't have been more than a thousand blocks, ie: 1 block a second= 16.6 minutes of building. Add in maybe 20 minutes of planning and troubleshooting, and you have a 40 minute submission? Most Adv's spend at least 5 hours on one build, and if you ever want to move past Adv, you might want to start getting used to spending two or three days worth of your game time for single builds. (I don't know how much time you spend per day on the server, just guessing ~2-3)
