As for Op, I can tell you are quite young, and we look for older/more mature admins.

Need to work on some epic builds to get Adv though. Builds that take lots of planning and a couple of hours to make.

careman, aka "chessfriends", (chessfriends was previously banned for being extremely annoying in always rule breaking by constantly asking for ranks and reviews), is yet again banned for the exact same reasons as before. No amount of telling him to stop asking for ranks ever got through to him.

So if he turns up again (as his accounts and IP can change) feel free to ban again.
