I had an idea that maybe we could do?

Every month we nominate a "build of the month" This is a award to a player who has the best build in the server for that month.

superops, elites, and TA can vote on it

we could make a map called buildofthemonth and have a portal leading to it from main

Not all OP's are new. Okay, they maybe, depending on what rank they were previously, but not all are new and unexpected!

Every op was unexperienced, you get experience by actually doing the job to get experienced.
You were unexperienced, bren was unexperienced, everybody who had the op rank was unexperienced lol
So I say let he ops vote, so they can get experienced!
